What we do in this class:

Krav Maga North Bristol runs regular Krav Maga classes in the Patchway, Filton area of North Bristol. Classes cover the full British Krav Maga Association national curriculum. Krav Maga North Bristol welcomes all fitness levels and abilities to a friendly community of Kravists.

Please bring along:

Please arrive 10 minutes before the lclass is due to start. You will need:

Training top and shorts/training bottoms

Trainers

2 X sports type drinks

1 X towel

Gloves/gumshield – if owned
